Kindermusik Village is a class designed to provide families a special place for learning and connecting with other parents and babies through music and movement. Village will educate you about your baby’s unique development, and each rich class experience fills baby’s senses. We’ll hammock, dance, explore drums, snuggle during a lullaby, shake bells, play with puppets, and peek-a-boo with scarves.
The activities are full of developmentally appropriate movement and play that are a fun and special way to spend time with your baby. Village will bring you closer to your baby and enhance developmental growth in extraordinary ways.
- Rhythm of My Day and Hickory, Dickory, Tickle and Bounce.
- We’ll introduce your baby to sign language, teaching you how to incorporate music into many regular family rituals and routines. The fun continues with further feeding of baby’s language development through the rhythmic nature of nursery rhymes and music. Learn games to play that optimize the teachable moments in your baby’s daily routine, as well as providing fun ways to interact and bond with your baby. We’ll begin to tune little ears with modal music and tone bars, and learn the concept of high and low through multi-sensory activities. Ball play, peek-a-boo, a variety of instruments, lap bounces, and tickles will round out this delightful experience for you and your little one!
- At Home Materials:
-
